Clearing spoil heaps. Fully organised.

The heap goes.
The land stays.

Clearing a heap creates something that did not exist before: usable land. We fund the planning that decides what it becomes.

WHAT WE BRING

Clearing is one job. What follows is another.

Most operators stop when the last lorry leaves. We think that is too early. A cleared site without a plan stays derelict – it just looks different. So we fund the planning phase from project proceeds.

We fund

Studies and planning

Feasibility studies and planning services for the after-use, paid from project proceeds – not from municipal budgets.

We host

An open competition

A competition of ideas with universities, planning practices and the local public. Open brief, public results.

We adapt

The order of clearing

We clear in the sequence the region needs – so the first plots come free where they are wanted first. As far as heap geometry and haulage routes allow.

We fund the second step. The third one is not ours to take – and that is the point.

THE RUHR PRECEDENT

This has been done before

Zollverein, Duisburg-Nord, Hoheward

Former mining sites in the Ruhr are now a UNESCO site, a landscape park and a public observatory. None of it happened by accident.

Sequence beat capital

What made the difference was not the size of the budget. It was that planning and public debate came before the first investment.

We know the people who did it

As a German company from Essen, in the middle of the Ruhr, we can open doors to those with four decades of practical experience.

THE DIVISION OF ROLES

Clear, and deliberately so

We are a raw materials and logistics company. We fund planning, we open doors, we adapt our clearing sequence. What is actually built is decided by the municipalities, the regional administration and the people who live there.

That split is not modesty. It is what makes the offer credible – and what makes it work.

We fund the process. The region owns the result.

On figures

Scope and timing depend on the project financing being concluded. We name no amounts before that is signed – an announcement that has to be walked back later helps no one.

NO PUBLIC FUNDING

Planning is paid from project proceeds.

THE REGION DECIDES

Municipalities and administration choose the after-use.

OPEN COMPETITION

Universities, planning practices and the local public.
